What is stress and how to deal with it?

Modern life is impossible without the stress, and it certainly is a big problem for society. However, it is worth noting that not all stress is harmful to humans. And in some cases, certain portions of stress even useful measure as it stimulates our nervous system.

You do not find many people who have been eagerly awaiting the gray, cloudy, cold days of autumn and long winter nights. Most of us are much better feel on sunny spring and summer months. When we try as much time to spend outdoors, move more, eat less, and generally feel much better. And we rejoice in the fall of each new day, the beauty of nature and sunny autumn days and simply - a fairy tale.
